The developer Ardo Garabedian’s new 6-story building in Allston includes 116 multi-family residential apartments (inclusive of 8 artist live/work and 21 affordable units), approximately 2,800 gsf of ground floor retail space for an urban market, and an overall on-site parking program of 133 parking spaces (including 64 garaged spaces for residents and 64 garaged spaces for commercial fee-paid “district parking” public program to address the City’s planned reduction of on-street spaces along Western Avenue) along with 147 interior and exterior bike spaces.

The Salzberg Family Realty Trust’s new 6-story commercial/multi-family residential development in Uphams Corner includes 48 residential (including 6-affordable) units, 3,500 gsf of ground floor retail space and a management office, community room, along with 9 garage and 52 bike spaces.

Hamilton Company’s project includes development of two new residential buildings containing a total of 114 multi-family units incorporating the renovation of three existing units within an existing Victorian house located at 83 Gardner Street. There will be 3,050 gsf of street level retail space along Brighton Avenue and 212 covered parking spaces.
