BRA Large Project Review
Mitchell L. Fischman Consulting was retained by CPC Cornerstone Development, LLC for a new project to replace an existing restaurant and bar with a new 90,000 gross square feet, mixed-use development consisting of 49 residential units plus supporting residential uses including a gymnasium, pool, and media room, and approximately 4,500 gsf of ground floor or second floor commercial space, all served by 70 accessory garage parking spaces. Approvals are being sought under BRA’s Article 80 requirements and MLF Consulting is currently directing a large scale team to secure these approvals.
